Our website is directly linked to our stockroom so if we can't physically pick it up and hold it, it doesn't appear on our site.
If you order before 1pm (Monday to Friday) your order will usually be dispatched the same day. Order after 1pm and your order will be winging its way to you the next working day. (Don't forget Bank Holidays aren't working days - even for us!) We use Royal Mail Track and Trace for standard delivery so your order is trackable and if you need it faster we offer expedited services and guaranteed next-day Special Delivery. Nice.
We do offer Next Day Special Delivery if you are utterly desperate for your item to arrive as quick as possible - please add 'Special Delivery' to your order and we will send it UK Special Delivery. Please note - this is only available to UK customers.
All orders will be sent by registered post and someone will need to be in to sign for the parcel as proof of receipt. If no-one's in, you'll receive a card letting you know where you can collect your items (normally the local sorting office or depot). There'll also be a phone number you can call to re-arrange delivery.
If you do not collect or arrange re-delivery within a week, then the package will be returned to us. If you then require the package to be re-posted you will be charged postage at cost. (Please note it can take up to 28 days for the package to be returned to us so, all in all, it's a complete pain all-round if you're not in or you don't pick your stuff up within a week. So keep an eye out, yeah?).
International orders are trackable as standard and require a signature upon delivery.If for any reason you do not recieve it, e-mail us to request a tracking number as we are unable accept responsibility for un-called for post overseas.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund.
You are liable for all postage costs for returning and the posting out of replacement items. To make things straight-forward, we charge a flat rate of £3.50 for exchanges (UK Customers).
For overseas orders please include the original postage amount paid so we can send you your replacement item (please contact us for details)
For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on underwear.
We will only accept goods returned in their original condition that will allow us to re-sell the item. Any original tags must still be attached. Please make sure the item is not visibly worn, damaged or marked in any way, smelling of smoke, perfume, after shave or washing powder or in any condition that we would deem to make it unsaleable.

Please ensure you enclose your invoice/packing note, plus a note telling us if you would like a refund/different size/item. If you're requesting a replacement, please check the website for availability before returning your item(s). If you require a replacement item, please enclose the appropriate payment. This can be either cash (sent at your own risk) or Alternatively contact us for paypal info.
We will endeavour to send out goods/issue refund as soon as possible but please allow 10 days for processing and dispatch.
